The language is biblical, the cadence is familiar, yet the center of gravity quietly shifts from the will of God to the wishes of man. True prophecy bows the heart before the cross; counterfeit utterance kneels before our appetites. Scripture warned us long ago: “Test the spirits to see if they are from God” (1 John 4:1)
