Background: Since 2019 a surge of youth-led uprisings has rippled across five continents, displaying common symbols, tactics, and grievances that transcend local contexts. Growing scholarship suggests that clandestine elites may be harnessing Generation Z’s disillusionment to accelerate geopolitical realignments foretold in both sociological theory and biblical prophecy. Objectives: This study interrogates whether Gen Z mobilisations are principally organic or strategically engineered, and how their dynamics intersect with the anticipated emergence of a post-national governance architecture. Methods: A systematic scoping review of 2019-2025 sources—global protest datasets, trust and mental-health surveys, digital-forensics archives, and contested historical documents—was conducted following PRISMA-ScR protocols. The evidence was analysed through an integrative framework that weaves Resource Mobilisation Theory, Political Opportunity Structures, memetic-warfare analytics, and a Sola Scriptura prophetic hermeneutic. Results: (1) Youth-flagged demonstrations more than doubled the 2019 baseline, with temporal clustering after COVID-19. (2) Network analyses uncovered financial, logistical, and symbolic linkages—spanning democracy-promotion grants, oligarchic patronage, and synchronised meme campaigns—that reduced mobilisation latency from months to hours. (3) The convergence of nihilistic messaging, pirate-flag iconography, and leaderless tactics mirrors an 1871 blueprint to “unleash the nihilists,” while aligning with eschatological predictions of end-time “lawlessness.” Conclusions: Gen Z protests arise from authentic grievances yet are demonstrably amplified by interconnected elites whose aims appear consistent with a planned New World Order. Recognising this hybrid genesis reframes social-movement theory, alerts policymakers to covert influence vectors, and challenges faith communities to address a prophetic context in which institutional dissolution and spiritual deception intensify concurrently. Implications: Policymakers should pair youth-centred reforms with transparency safeguards on foreign funding; educators must bolster digital-literacy curricula; and theologians ought to engage Generation Z with intellectually rigorous, hope-grounded discipleship that counters nihilistic narratives.
