OCP Journals

About the Journal

The OJ-BT is a peer-reviewed, open-access forum that respectfully explores how biblical truth informs contemporary commerce. We publish rigorous scholarship on faith and work, business ethics, biblical economics, redemptive entrepreneurship, and servant leadership, inviting voices from academics, pastors, and marketplace practitioners. Each article seeks to illuminate God’s design for stewardship, justice, and human dignity within enterprise while addressing the moral complexities of profit, power, and globalization. By integrating theology, management, and social science, the journal encourages businesses to serve the common good, cultivate integrity, and witness Christ in the marketplace. Submissions and readership worldwide are welcome.
