Transnational institutions and digital infrastructures now shape a planetary policy matrix that aspires to harmonise finance, identity, and morality. While mainstream scholarship treats this expansion as a technocratic solution to global crises, this article argues that it encodes a covert “spiritual source-code” aligned with what Scripture identifies as Luciferian rebellion. Synthesising critical-realist ontology, virtue-ethical diagnostics, stakeholder-capitalist narratives, and esoteric history, we inaugurate Theopolitical Discernment Studies—an interdisciplinary lens that refuses to bracket metaphysical causation . Methodologically, we conduct an inductive thematic analysis of a 96,214-word documentary corpus spanning 23 statute-level Acts, 12 ministerial guidelines, and core publications from the United Nations, World Economic Forum, Bank for International Settlements, and Lucis Trust. NVivo 14 coding, audited at κ = 0.78, isolates discursive nodes where policy language converges with occult or prophetic motifs. A four-layer analytical model then maps causal flow from (1) Spiritual Source Code through (2) Ideological Narrative and (3) Technological Instruments to (4) Prophetic Destiny . Findings reveal: (a) digital-ID and CBDC frameworks reconstitute Babel’s centralising impulse; (b) Alice Bailey’s theosophical “Plan” and stakeholder-capitalist rhetoric supply moral legitimation for algorithmic governance; (c) ESG-linked proxy-voting and AI-driven surveillance operationalise behavioural conformity; and (d) these vectors coalesce into an emergent architecture that mirrors Revelation 13’s Beast-system economics . The study thus closes a documented research gap by demonstrating that global governance is neither value-neutral nor purely political but theologically charged. We conclude with an evaluative matrix enabling scholars, technologists, and faith communities to discern and resist spiritually corrosive policies without lapsing into conspiratorial alarmism. By articulating the hidden telos of contemporary world order, the article equips both academia and the Church to engage the coming digital civilisation with prophetic clarity and ethical courage.
